There are differing program media and variable program lengths. We are able to scale our program offerings to match a company’s budget. The programs are available in individual or group format. Our Career Transition programs address the needs of all three constituencies involved in an employee separation:

Regardless of whether the separation is a result of downsizing, restructuring, merger, acquisition, poor organizational and personal alignment, our expert consultation and customized programs provide any organization with needed structure during a transition period.
EXECUTIVE COACHING
Coaching bridges the gap between whom the employee is and whom he or she needs to be to succeed. Coaching programs are one on one initiatives and the coach works directly with the client.
CAREER MANAGEMENT
Building a career is more than just landing a great job. We have created the unique model that clearly delineates how careers are built and what one needs to do to manage their own career, regardless of level, title, industry or company. Our Career Management unit works with employees who have everything it takes to succeed and hands them a key to unlock their long term success. These are group programs that can be added to a corporation’s ongoing development schedule or introduced as needed.
TALENT and COMPETENCY DEVELOPMENT
An organization’s most valuable resource is, of course, its people!
