CareerMaster® is an intensive 8 hour, 4 module workshop is designed to create career confidence and reduce career uncertainty during times of organizational change. It is typically used as a retention device during merger, acquisition, outsourcing or restructuring. The program allows employees to accurately assess their current skills and abilities and make clear-cut decisions about their career path. This is part change management and part career management.

Target Audience:

Utilized for entire employee populations, particularly those that are affected by large scale organizational change. It is recommended that employees be grouped by similar levels.
