Packing with a Partner is a workshop or an individual engagement designed especially to help you and your spouse work through your career issues resulting from the relocation of your spouse's job. You may be looking forward to the move…or not. You may be actively campaigning for the move or you may not know quite what you feel. Throughout the workshop we will focus on helping you to make your decision and to participate in the family decision to "go" or "not go." It's our role to assist you with the process of deciding…not to influence your decision.

The objective of this program is to help you and your partner in the decision-making process resulting in a thoughtful and informed relocation decision. Specifically we will:

· Provide a decision-making process aimed at giving you new ways to look at and examine the advantages and disadvantages in relocation and make a careful, informed choice.

· Identify the “real” issues that must be addressed when considering whether to move or to stay: family and friends, career, housing and lifestyle, and financial planning.

· Determine and implement an action plan.
